The location is really good. But the staff is not so good, we wait for him about an hour to get the key. And what we get is a different apartment, which is totally different from the pics on the website. And I don't know why he claimed that we canceled the room before, what's worse, I told him we would be there around 20:00, but he informed Booked.net that we are not check-in yet at 18:00. Confusing, confusing and confusing. Wifi there is available and free, but is slow.

There is one thing really upset me, it says free cancellation on the website and no reservation deposit, however, once I book the room, and it charged me the full amount.It's kind of cheating. And the name of the charge is from babel guesthouse, which really confused me. For that, I contact Booked.net for serval times,and nobody knows what's going on. Until the day I check-out, the host told me!! Really? Really? It is really rediculous on that point. I just want to remind the people who are going to book this apartment.

It's a aparment,full kitchenet with everything you need,plates and tools,plus washer.very conveniet for a family with kids.

No elevator,5 floors wiht luggage,the check in is at 3 pm sharp,(not before)its a regular aparment(no hotel)you can't see any staff if you dont call them(you're on your own)and call luciano(owner)to let him know at what time you arrive(all this information was missing by Booked.net

The apartment was right in the centre of Madrid. It felt very comfortable and safe. It was very clean and fresh and was well equipped.

The entrance and stairs looked badly maintained but this was not reflected inside the apartment.

The apartment was horrible. The only good thing about the apartment was that it is located at the heart of Madrid, other than that everything was horrible. It was located on the 4th floor of a row of shops and there were no lift. On the way up to the apartment was a bit spooky and we did not feel safe at all. The hotel staff that attended us does not speak english at all. We ended up not staying in the apartment at all even though we have paid for 2 nights. Highly not recommended, especially for families with young children.
